•  Reservation Information  •

Reservations
A $200 deposit for each tour entered ($850 for Coast-to-Coast) reserves space based on availability. Your final balance is due six weeks prior to tour start. Entries sent in fewer than six weeks before tour start must include full payment for tour, transportation, and any additional services.

Confirmation
Account Statement and General Information Booklet will be sent after receiving a Registration Form and signed Waiver.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing and an $8 per tour day cancellation fee applies ($200 maximum).

Cancellations received at least 30 days before tour start will receive a refund less the cancellation fee. Cancellations fewer than 30 days before tour start will not receive any refund. Instead, a credit equal to the total tour deposit(s), less the cancellation fee, will be established. Credit can be applied to a future available trip, is valid for one year and is non-transferable. No exceptions.

There is no compensation for no-shows or services missed or canceled by registrant while on tour. Those on tour who are unable to complete their trip due to an emergency will receive tour credit based on the portion not completed less any participant costs incurred.
